Product Features + Use 

How are your towels antibacterial? 

Our towels are infused with Silvadur™ silver ion technology, which inhibits the growth of bacteria and odour-causing microbes. This keeps your towel fresher, cleaner, and more hygienic for longer.

How long does the antibacterial treatment last?

The Silvadur™ treatment is designed to last and continue to fight bacteria through multiple washes when cared for correctly. Follow the care guide to maximise performance.

Can I wash the towels in the washing machine?

Yes – simply cold machine wash and line dry only. Avoid bleach, softeners, tumble drying, or ironing to preserve the antibacterial treatment and microfibre quality.

Will the towel stay on the bench during workouts?

Absolutely. Our hooded design locks over the bench so it won’t slip, slide, or fall off — no more wrestling with your towel between sets.

Is the magnetic strap strong enough?

Yes – it features an N45-grade magnet, designed to clip securely onto most gym racks, machines, lockers, or hooks.

Can I use the towel outside the gym?

Definitely. They’re perfect for car seats, pilates/yoga class, travel, and even as a baby change mat if you need to (anywhere really!). Clean, compact, and versatile.

Yes — free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $60

When will my order ship?

Orders are currently shipping within 7–10 business days. 

How long will delivery take once shipped?

Standard delivery usually arrives within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll get a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.


Returns + Warranty 

What is the Founder's Guarantee?

If your towel doesn’t meet our standards in quality or performance, we’ll replace or refund it — no questions asked.

What’s your return policy?

If your BRAEK towel arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Does my purchase come with a warranty?

Yes. Every BRAEK towel is covered by our Founders Guarantee — a promise of quality, durability, and performance.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Simply email our support team at support@braek.com.au with your order number, and we’ll take care of it.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return cost. For change-of-mind returns, standard postage applies.
