Refund policy

At BRAEK, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • If the goods are faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy.

  • Remedies include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If your towel arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

  • We may request photos or the return of the product before providing a solution.

  • In these cases, BRAEK will cover the cost of return postage.

3. Change of Mind Returns

We want you to love your BRAEK gear, but if you change your mind:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.

4. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Towels that have been used or washed (for hygiene reasons).

  • Items not purchased directly from www.braek.com.au.

  • Sale items (unless faulty under ACL rights).

5. How to Lodge a Return

  1. Email support@braek.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive your item, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will not include original shipping fees (except where required by law).

  • If a product was purchased as part of a bundle or promotion, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the discounted pricing.
