BRAEK (“we,” “our,” “us”) is an Australian business based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We design and sell premium fitness and lifestyle accessories, starting with our silver-ion infused hooded gym towel with zip pocket and detachable face towel (“Product”).

2. Eligibility to Purchase

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

  • By ordering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products

  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations may occur.

  • Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings.

  • Our silver-ion antimicrobial treatment is designed to reduce bacterial growth. It does not guarantee protection against all bacteria, viruses, or pathogens.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout using approved payment methods.

  • We may change our prices at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • For in-stock items, orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • For pre-orders, your order will be shipped once the product becomes available. We will provide clear communication about expected release and delivery dates.

  • Standard delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once your order has been delivered.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your product has a major failure.

  • For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Always follow the care instructions provided with your towel.

  • Misuse, improper washing, or failure to follow care guidelines may void your right to return or replace.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRAEK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products.

  • Our products are intended as fitness accessories, not medical devices. They are not a substitute for personal hygiene or professional advice.

  • All designs, images, logos, and content on our website are owned by BRAEK.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
